Luiz Carlos has become an expert in multicultural work environments, having developed his career across various areas of multinational companies from Italy, the UK, the US, and Brazil.
 

Working for some of the world’s leading HR and risk consulting firms ,such as AON, Marsh McLennan, and Jardine Lloyd Thompson, and more recently for Inter&Co, the unicorn digital bank, he has gained vast experience in designing risk management and HR consulting solutions for companies across multiple sectors, including mining, steel, energy, civil construction, real estate, sports, media, technology, financial institutions, private equity, and family office funds.
 

He holds a postgraduate degree in Financial Management from one of the world’s top business schools and several international certifications, including Cultural Awareness in International Business (MIT), Chief Happiness Officer, and ESG Practices from the Feliciência Institute (Science of Happiness Institute). He also completed leadership training at The School of Life, focusing on skills such as diplomacy, confidence, decisiveness, self-awareness, calmness, and adaptability.

He meditates daily and loves sports, especially hiking, diving, and surfing.
