Luiz Carlos has become an expert in multicultural work environments, having developed his career across various areas of multinational companies from Italy, the UK, the US, and Brazil.
 

Working for some of the world’s leading HR and risk consulting firms ,such as AON, Marsh McLennan, and Jardine Lloyd Thompson, and more recently for Inter&Co, the unicorn digital bank, he has gained vast experience in designing risk management and HR consulting solutions for companies across multiple sectors, including mining, steel, energy, civil construction, real estate, sports, media, technology, financial institutions, private equity, and family office funds.
 

He holds a postgraduate degree in Financial Management from Fundação Dom Cabral, ranked among the world's top-10 business schools for Executive Education by the Financial Times, and several international certifications, including Cultural Awareness in International Business (MIT), an International Certification in Chief Happiness Officer (CHO) and ESG from the Feliciência Institute (Science of Happiness Institute), and leadership and emotional skills training from The School of Life, focusing on diplomacy, confidence, decisiveness, self-awareness, calmness, and adaptability.

Outside work, he meditates daily and loves sports, especially hiking, diving, and surfing.
